"Diets" don't work. It's about lifestyle changes. Weight watchers is about lifestyle and changing your eating habits for good. The nice thing about Weight Watchers is the support....unfortunately it also costs you. You can do the same thing yourself. There are lots of books about all the programs you listed. Don't go to extremes, balance your food groups, stay away from processed and highly sugared food and walk.

Parents getting a remarried?

both of my parents got remarried and i refused to go to ther weddins, i hate both of their fiancees (or i should say new husband/wife) my moms boyfriend is a jerk and my dads girlfriends is a . my mom wanted me to be her maid of honor and i told her no and she cried but i told her i didn't care because i hated this marriage idea. and my dads fiancee asked me to be a bridesmaid and i said no and she got all pissy and my dad got mad but again i told them i didn't care. i didn't go to their wedding and they both told me they missed me but again i didn't care because i never approve of this situation, they tell me its to normal for me to feel this way and that i should be happy for them but i was wondering is it normal????

sounds like your lacking L-Lysine in your system.. it helps prevent them, or make the breakouts less painful and they will heal sooner.. its a daily vitamin, not something you only take when you have them.. do a little research on it.. 5 day late period, headache, shoulder pain, dozing off-pregnant?

My ex girlfriend came to me yesterday saying her period hadn't come yet and she had been dozing off in cl that day. Today she also complained of shoulder pain and headaches. She is about 5 days late I ume, and yes we did have multiple times, but each time we used a condom and there was no recollection of slips or breakages. We just broke up two days ago. Should we be worried?

Dog coughing?

My dog just got over URI and he coughs alot less now but he still coughs..when he goes to go to bed he like huffs when he breaths..Its almost like threw his nose and he does that for like 30 seconds and then he falls asleep..hes only a puppy..is this ok

I find that most people scoff at me when I say I have a great relationship with Jesus, but I study metaphysics. I believe in God, Jesus, and the Holy spirit. I also believe that God can and does communicate with us through spirits and apparitions. I have great faith in prayer, and also in meditation. Hi there, I looked through some online catalogues and the one I deal with here in Canada does not ship to the U.S., but you should be able to find the same kit at a good arts and crafts store near you. The kit I would suggest is Liquitex Complete Easel Set and contains a finished black wood table top easel, 8 x 2 ounce tubes of acrylic paint, 2 brushes, 4 ounces of gloss medium and varnish and a 12 inch by 16 inch canvas. This retails for $64.95 Canadian dollars. This is a good price for what you are getting. Liquitex is an excellent, artist quality acrylic that often sells for over $10.00 a tube in arts and craft stores. So, right there you've more than made up the value of the kit. Don't worry about getting sable brushes or really good quality brushes as acrylic paint is hard on brushes and you have to replace them frequently. You can buy inexpensive ones at Michaels when they're on sale or at WalMart. You can also get good canvas at Michaels for a good price. The only thing the kit doesn't have, that I consider an essential is gesso for priming the canvas. Even though the canvas you buy will say that it has been primed, I always find it best to apply two to three coats of gesso before I start to paint. Let one coat dry before applying another one. To save time, I usually apply gesso to a few canvases at a time so I always have one ready to go whenever I want to paint. Michaels always has coupons so make sure you apply the coupon to the most expensive item you are buying. You can sign up for their newsletter at michaels.com. Do Christians prefer majors in business or mechanics 'cause other fields prove their religion is mythology?

Well, since I had trouble pining down what I wanted to do with my life…..I’ve majored in History, Geography, Geospatial Science, Geology, Fire Science, and CIS. I hold a Masters in GIS, Bachelor’s degrees in History and Geography and a pair of ociate’s degrees in CIS and Fire Science. Ironically, I am probably least qualified academically, to do what I do (Firefighter). In all of that, I have yet to find anything that disproves the existence of God, or causes me to doubt the intelligent design of the world around me, or the biblical record of history. If anything, I have found that science has questions that cannot be answered without the existence of God. Geology has huge gaps in its knowledge of the physical world, gaping holes that geologists try to fill with the ill fitting pieces of evolutionary theory that don’t quite explain why something happens. I’ve seen professors swear by all they hold dear that erosion takes millions of years to carve out canyons; then watch them back peddle when shown a video of a flash flood doing it in days. All around us we see evidence of millions of fossils, laid down by water, buried in sedimentary rock layers all over the earth, and yet science refuses to accept the evidence as it is. Instead of acknowledging that the evidence supports a global flood, as laid out in the biblical account in Geneses, they instead point to thousands of local floods spread out over millions of years, which just happen to coincide at the same place and time in the fossil record. The more I learn, the more I see science trying to disprove faith, but the more they try, the more obvious it become that it take more faith to believe in evolution, then it does to believe in the existence of a higher power.
