What's this movie called? ?

It was about a father who reincarnated into a dog. And then he starts living as a dog, and meets another friend dog. And together those dogs stayed at a dump where there are car pieces. Then after he finds his family, and finds out they moved on. He starts thinking that his bestfriend is dealing with his wife, so he tries attacking him. And I remember there being a twist, where it was the bestfriend and the father getting in a car accident, and that's how the father died in the first place.
