Christians?

Earlier I had a query which involved Christians refuting edegonous retrovirus, which is real good evidence for evolution. In return, I had a plethora of people having NO clue what I was talking about. (We did not come from monkey's, we came from common ancestors). And not to sound mean, but every one of them sounded highly unintelligent. So my new question is, how many Christians have read & studied anything to disprove their beliefs? If you spent 100+ hours reading & studying "the word of God" how many hours have you spent reading people with other philisophical views? I know my mom would not allow me to read anything that can disprove God, but why? How come you cannot question God's existence? Because this is what I did, & realzed that God does not exist. Most people are bias towards there belief, because they have no other knowledge. I know ealrier NOBODY had ANY knowledge on evolution, but yet they try & discredit it. How can you discredit ANYTHING, if you have ZERO knowledge of?
