What are the dangers of huffing (inhaling) those canned air things..? dusters..?

i've seen the episode of Intervention where they're trying to help this one girl who's all addicted to huffing those air duster things.. but what are the dangers of doing that..?? can u die from just tryin it a couple of times..??
