I am trying to unblock an address that i blocked but i cant get the box to open?

when i click on the block adresses the little box that is suppose to contain blocked addy is not opening with any thing in it. and i cant find an address to ask some one over yahoo mail?? please help the person i blocked is very important and it was an acsadent when it happened
