I'm insecure about this situation...?

My cousin looked at this pic of a girl and he says she has tantalizing eyes. I asked- "What does that mean?" He said "It means she is very seductive and she traps men..." I was worried when I heard that because the girl is going to be in the same cl as my male friend (I like him and he gave me a few hints indicating he may like me) and I don't want her to seduce him and steal him.
