Do you think that social issues like abortion should be left up to the state?

I used to not think so, but lately I have been rethinking my stance. Every time we elect a President the country get separated on these issues. If the states handled these then maybe we could concentrate on issues like the economy and national security, instead of backing a Candidate that happens to agree with you, but might not be the right person for the job.
