Hi, I just recieved a wage garnishment for overpayment of unemployment benefits i never recieved. what do i do?

Apparently there was a judgment entered however the benefits were paid in a completely different region than the one i reside in and all attempts for repayment and collections were sent to whatever address the thieves were using to recieve the benefits therefore making it impossilbe for me to be aware also note this judgement is not on my recent credit report
