Just don't give up on her. keep contacting her as much as you can, send letters, emails whatever you can and the day will come where she is old enough to come and see you. He can not keep the two of you apart forever but you may have to wait til she is old enough to do things without Dad. It's pretty harsh that he would disown you like that for a second time in your life. You are his daughter too so don't blame yourself so much, keep your cool and keep trying even if it takes years. btw... what did you do that was so bad?
