Precious moments happen. Without a substantial understanding of why you like him-- without having met or communicated with him-- I'd say it was a ping attraction. I'd posit a guess that "the one for you" is still out there and you'll know when you meet him. In the meantime, (and perhaps in answer to your question, "what's happening?") it seems like you have a gift. You are inspired to write about things that strike your senses, things you find beautiful or unexpected, . Have you thought about writing? maybe poetry? Perhaps you can find joy and fulfillment in finding yourself.
