Sporting Dog Breads and modern lifestyles?

I agree people should not get animals unless they can properly care/exercise them but with that said the minute we put regulations or requirements on how ppl should exercise their dogs is the day we lose ownership of dogs..which means we become "gaurdians' and this completely gives such groups as the ASPCA , PETA etc the right to come into our homes when they want to do "well fair" checks just one more thing to allow the government to run our lives even more. Although i am completely against animal cruelty I believe I am against these two "groups" even more..
