Unregistered childminder and not declaring earnings advice please?
unfortunately kids play I live in an area where kids come and play cos there is lots of gr you cant stop kids playing let kids be kids however if she is looking after so many and not registered then you should report her if anything happened to any child in her care which it is likely if she has so many they could get seriously hurt and the parents wouldnt have a leg to stand on insurance wise, however insurance is not the most important thing the childs safety is, you can report her to ofsted but she can just say she is helping out friends, the person I would contact would be inland revenue, and dss cos if she is not paying tax she will be claiming dss and they will look into it as fraud they will follow her for a while and check her out so contact both inland revenue and job centre (DSS)
