Voice inside my head?

I lead down to sleep tonight, and had a song in my head. For one split second another voice sang in my head along aside my normal internal dialogue. It 100% wasn't me, its hard to explain. Was more sinister. Schizophrenia is in my family (my uncle suffers) Is this an early sign or could it just be a one off? I'm terrified.
