What university should i consider if I am interested in Aerospace Engineering?

I am really interested in going to MIT but i have read that graduates from there tend to lack hands on experience in comparison to other university grads. My second choice is Rice University, I heard that they have a good program for engineering and a nice student atmosphere. As my third decision there is a tie between Texas A&M at college station and University of Texas at Austin. Which of the colleges would you recommend the most and the least as far from campus atmosphere, education, expenditures, etc. I am currently a junior in high school taking college cles. When i graduate from high school I will have an ociates degree in engineering. Also I am currently living in Texas. All answers will be appreciated. Thank you!
