Did she do the right thing?

mom had to call 911 2 day ago because I have epilepsy. I suddenly developed mive coordination problems she was put on hold when the dispatcer immediatly got the fire department sent out. Did she do the right thing by calling 911? There was no way I could make it to the emergency room.
