Wouldn’t democracy be better if the votes of Atheists were worth more than the votes of believers?

You know how Atheists are statistically better behaved, better educated, more creative and can offer far more to the technological progress of our species yet they make up such a small percentage of the populations of our countries. So giving these people in our society more power with their far more important votes would make democracy better, don’t you agree? After all, it might be the only way we can be sure that a borderline retard won’t ever get elected as President again.
