PREGNANCY worry?

I am abot 11 weeks pregnat, my last scan showed baby was fine with strong heartbeat, but i was on Deprakote, if anyone knows for Bipolar! about 3 months b4 i conceived i stopped this stroong medication.Thing is it is known to cause foetal abnormalities in babies, spina Bifida, Cleft palate,etc.Anyway i can know if child is disabled in any way before it is born??? help!
