Can my 17 year old brother get custody of me?

okayy,well my mom and dad are both dead. And I'm living with my grandparents at the moment. I'm 13 years old almost 14 in august. My brother is 16 and will be 17 July 7th. If he had proof of income and proof of residency could he take custody of me? The school systems there are much better than where I am right now in louisiana, and there's less drugs in the area in which I would be. The scholarships are much better as well, and theres more there for me to be able to grow as an individual. My brother is infact getting emacipated like next week I beleive and he has a lawyer to. But what if my grandparents just gave him custody, would that be easier? He has a job and everything as well. He's getting his own apartment in a few weeks. He's very mature for his age, and he probably makes more than my grandparents get in, he works as a computer technition at sears and makes a good bit. And we would have our social sicurity checks comming in every month too. And Ive always really been the only girl. And my brother and I both know how to cook and do laundry and how to function on our own, because we've kinda had to grow up sort of fast for both of our ages, so we're both vey mature for our ages.
