Should my ISP do more to search for and destroy viruses? revisited!?

The service you are paying for is access to the Internet at a specified 'up to rate' and possible 'download limit'. What you do and where you go on the Internet is then up to you. We've got enough of a nanny state as it is without ISPs preventing you access to some sites because they are known to contain malware in some of their pages/downloads.
