Ok so he left me back in May and our divorce was final October 1st. It was a very heartbreaking painful experience for me. Anyways about two weeks ago he started coming back around he told me he missed me and really loved me and he was sorry for things he did that contributed to the marriage failing. Anyways, we decided to become boyfriend and girlfriend and try to work things out by starting completely over. My dog's nail is falling off. What do I do?

A couple weeks ago my 6 year old pug hurt his back paw. I took him out to go to the bathroom and he came back in with a bleeding back paw. I calmed him down cleaned and sanitized the area thinking that he just had a cut on the pad of his foot. The bleeding stopped and the next day I took a closer look. It looked as if it were where his little pinkie toe connects to his nail. The wound started to heal and he wasn't limping or crying, so I just left him alone and kept the area clean. Today, he got into a little tiff with my other pug and it started bleeding again. This time when I went to go clean it, it looked like his nail was almost detached. I made sure not to pull on it or anything because I didn't want to hurt him or infect the area. I currently have him resting in a kennel away from my other dog. My family is extremely strapped for cash right now (just like everyone else) and I'm hoping I won't have to take him directly to the vet.

38 weeks and haven't slept in days?

I haven't slept for 8 days now, except for brief naps and it's really starting to get to me and make me really irritable and snappy. Everytime I try to lay down I get weird shivers and can't make my legs hold still so I can go to sleep. And I'm being kicked painfully hard by the baby around the clock and I just want to it to stop so I can sleep. I know it isn't safe to take most medications, but can I take a half dose of nyquil or something to help me sleep? I can't go to the doctor because my fiancee is in school studying for his bachelors every day during normal doctors office hours, and I can't drive myself because I'm on bedrest. Is this a bit odd/strange?

There's a guy at my high school who has cancer and has been having chemotherapy so had to retake the year but now he's well enough to come to school but wears a hat to cover his head. Why do people make fun of others?

Like i honestly don't understand what people get out of it. At a baseball camp im in there's about 40 kids. most of them are good. but there are a few that are terrible. Im trying to help this one kid and make them better, but others make fun of him. he has a lisp and he gets made fun of for that. Kids are throwing as hard as they can at him and just downright dissing him. I try to stick up for him but they still continue to do it. His family paid the 60$, and he is learning and trying to get better. i just don't understand why some kids need to pick on him just because he isn't the greatest baseball player alive. The only reason it bothers me is because I love baseball, and i love seeing new kids try to learn the game. Im not conceited but i am probably one of the best at the camp and to see kids who aren't amazing make fun of him, really gets me mad. As everyone knows, Los Angeles is the largest city in the United States without an NFL team, personally I live in Southern California, the Los Angeles Metropolitan area, like I live in the area surrounding L.A., Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernadino County and Ventura County(Yes I know that San Diego is Southern California but it is not exactly in the same Region that L.A. and Orange County are in, like it is not exactly local enough) and I find it very lame and weird, and stupid on how can the largest city in the State of California and second Largest in the U.S. does not have an NFL team. USC and UCLA are not enough for me, I can't stand all the bullshit and stupid, retarded answers and comments that people say that UCLA, but mostly USC is the NFL team of Los Angeles. Also the fact that California already has enough teams with 3, yeah but all of them are far away from the Los Angeles area, well okay maybe not San Diego, driving from L.A. to San Diego I know is less than 150 miles away, it's a do-able drive but not ideal, I wish there was an NFL team that is more local. Anyway, like everyone claims, people say all the time the reason why there is no NFL team in L.A. and the reason why L.A. lost all of their teams was because of no fan support, and plus there is too much to do in L.A., the beaches, Disneyland and all the other theme parks, etc.

Hi, I'm 16 and I've recently had some really flu like symptoms. Feverish, feeling congested, sore throat, achy, ect. I just realized that I also have two deep red small (half a pinky nail) sized canker-likesores on the lips of my . They are quite uncomfortable and with any pressure, hurt. They don't itch though. I've never had any type of and am very careful about hygiene. What could be the possibilities? Genital has all the same symptoms but again, I've never engaged in any ual activities. I am a student learning embly language usin Microsoft Visual c++ 2005 express addition. We installed program to default location and then download Irvine examples files to C:\Irvine which is to be the path for using ,storing the files however after the build of file is complete the software will not run Says can't start program the file can not be found it also will not run any of the sample programs . I should have listened to my Mother, I thought bitterly. Shivering, I pulled my coat closer to my body. The snow gave sickening crunches beneath my feet. I was sick of snow [W/O COMMA] and the cold. My bare ears and uncovered face stung AS the cold wind slapped them. Never again would I let a friend borrow my scarf or hat. Focusing on my breath as it came out in a puffs of clouds, I again tried to cover myself more THAN I already was. Unable to get any warmer, I looked at my surroundings. Trees. They were colored the same as the falling snow. Above me ARE branches of millions of trees that engulfed me, snapped and swayed as if singing an eerie song that I was alone, and would forever be. Absolutely. It's not easy to deal with the drama. Especially if it's coming from your friends because then you have a hard time trying to find someone to turn to. I like being around friends but when things get crazy and dramatic, I prefer to be alone and stay out of it, even though I get dragged back in the end. I've gone through a lot things and it bothers me when my friends get mad at me for handling a situation a certain way. From experience, I usually know what I'm doing when drama happens and they get mad at me for that. It's stressful. Plus, you can't always rely on your friends 24/7 so learning to be alone once in awhile is needed. You can't go through life relying on friends. I've learned that the hard way

I would see a chiropractor first. I would recommend this route because chiropractic care is non-invasive but extremely effective and it is always better to try something non-invasive first before resorting to drugs or surgery, both of which can be risky.

Car Chugs when air or heat is blowing?

My car seems to be chugging lately when my air or heat is on. It does it mostly when I am at a stop (not when in park) It never stopped running just feels like it might. Also when I go to accelerate it dosent want to go at times and if I let up on the accelerator and re accelerate it is fine. Any ideas? I just had my air filter changed recently, and the check engine light does not come on. I have been using a cheap gas lately (food 4 less) can this be the problem ?

There's not actually a set age on when they'll stop growing...sorry but everyone is different which answers the question because if you're saying they haven't grown much since you hit puberty then most likely you'll have a growth spurt within the next few years...so maybe in high school or early on in college they will grow. Since I've know girls who were seniors in high school and had started their periods as seniors but had already had growth spurts I don't think having your period really determines when your will grow. Like the other person said, it's more genetic.

ok so i started out as a little chubby...then i lost weight...but way too much weight so i had to eat alot of calories...it took 8000 calories a day to make me gain like a pound a month! well now, i gained all my weight back, plus 50 more pounds and i feel starved now if i dont eat that much cuz ive been eating like this for over a year now and i cant cut back from 8000(where i am) to 1600(where they want me to be)...i feel soo sick, dizzy, and i actually get a fever or faint if i dont eat that much but instead of having about 30 pounds to gain, i have 70 pounds to lose!! nd im gaining weight rapidly....about 5 pounds a week even with intense exercise...my nutritionist, doctors, and therapists cant help and are getting worried about me!!! help me idk what to do!!! can u tell me wat to eat, like give me 3 meals and 3 snacks or tell me some low calorie filling foods...i really need filling foods so im not that starving!

Drive, drive, drive! That's the only cure. Feel the fear and go for it! I used to be scared of driving to, but when you get there you just realize that there's nothing to be scared about and the fear goes away. You don't have to worry about it while you don't have to drive yet, but when the time comes just do it despite of how scared you might feel, because when you start rolling, it's all gonna be just fine. =)

Green diarrhea during pregnancy?

I'm not exactly sure how far I am I took three test two days ago. But yesterday and today I've had really bad diarrhea and I know that bile can cause poop to be green when it goes through to quick. But I've went like 8-9 times today and I have really bad hemorrhoids from it and they keep bleeding. I go to the doctor Thursday to find out how far along I am and what my due date is. No electricity in home?!!?

I just moved into a new duplex. The electric company came and turned on electricity, but I haven't had any power! There is a main breaker box and meter outside. There's also a breaker box in the kitchen. I've tried turning on/off all the switches outside and inside with no luck. AND my landlord is out of town til the end of the month! I contacted the electric company but they told me that the power had been turned on. They're supposed to come out one more time to check. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Since arriving in Ca. in '90 I have seen only 1 out of over 25 NASCAR shops survive more than 3 years and I believe the only reason it has is because it's an RCCA backed store that only stocks the least expensive Action collectibles. No Platinum or Elite stuff. Strictly Club.(Some HOTO). Ca. is for the most part void of avid NASCAR fans though. You're talking about a small % of consumers as well. Not to mention an economy that's just starting to go down the shi**er. Very risky in my opinion no matter where you live. Most fans are casual and not prone to buy anything other than K-Mart type stuff.

What is the best home remedy for an abcessed tooth?

Try dissolving an aspirin on the tooth. Will taste gross but works great for pain. Also the dentists use clove oil on a regular basis. I tried that and I do not suggest putting that on toothpaste. Tea tree oil is less gross and will help with infection but not pain. Try one drop on your toothpaste( it tastes gross I am not kidding here) and brush for minimum 2 minutes. Rinse well. And call the dentist or your doctor for antibiotics and pain medication and then make sure you get an appt with the dentist. The infection needs cleared up before they can do much of anything but there is no reason to live in pain. Good idea about the tea bags - I will save that for future reference myself.

Is it impossible to get into an average MS in Occupational Therapy program without any letters of recommendation from professors. I have a great letter from the occupational therapist I did over 80 hrs of volunteer time with and two great letters from former employers (one from a mental health facility manager and one from a restaurant owner/chef who I've know for 7+ years) I had a professor who said he'd write me a letter but he's flaking out on me now (which is crap because I busted my a** doing research for him!) Macintosh Powerbook G4 will not boot up!?

I have a question for Mac Computer experts. I own a 2006 Macintosh Powerbook G4 that will not boot. I've tried swapping batteries, swapping AC adapters. I'm out of ideas. Another test you could try is plugging in a different phone. Try using a corded phone if your phone is cordless or a cordless phone if yours is corded. Other then that the only thing is for the phone company to run some tests on your line to see if there are any problems, then if one is found get a engineer to check and fix the problem. My dentist said a very sore spot in my mouth is probably a bone spicule. What now?

The dentist said to wait a month & if it's not better, to come back for possible referral to surgery or pathology. I can't find any helpful info online about bone spicules occurring in the mouth. I understand these are usually a spike of bone but I would like to know what the differential diagnoses are. I've been gargling with salt water & using a prescribed periodontal rinse & this evening there was less pain so I felt it & it definitely is not something soft like a pimple. I then managed to sc off a very tiny piece with my fingernail & it is definitely something very hard - like bone. Could someone please tell me what diseases a dentist or physician would suspect when a bone spicule appears or if this might just be something benign & what that might be. So what's the rule regarding using a company's name as a part of a domain name? For example, I see sites like "paypalsucks.com", "verizonsucks.com", "attsucks.com". However, I have to ask whether these domain names are in violation of the trademark the company has on the names? Are condoms not made as well as they used to be?

I HAVE AN IMPORTANT FAMILY QUESTION...so last week me and my younger sister got into a small argument but?

it ended up becoming a bigger issue than it needs to be...so last week I used her car (my car was in the shop) to run very important errands regarding my case (I'm suing someone) and I also went grocery and gift shopping...so as I was carrying all my bags into the house, I happened to have left some important doents in her car...soon as I got home she left. I couldn't find it and she didn't offer to go look until my mother told her to. Literally 30 seconds later she found it...after that she cussed @ me saying F-you and other things I don't wanna say :( So since last week she hasn't spoken to me. And I soon got over it...but what made me go off is when I came home with food for myself, my boyfriend, my son and my mother and she had the nerve to make herself a plate! I was so mad I told her she has her nerve and to get her own food...my mom yelled at me and said I was wrong, I let it go. So to release my frustration I vented on my facebook page on how I have to let go of ppl in my life sometimes including family member in order to achieve my life of peace...I guess she saw it, told my mom and my mom cussed me out. last night I went into my sisters room to find my phone back cuz she hid it somewhere. it was around 9 and she was gone so i didnt think much of it when i searched in my tshirt and briefs (was going to bed) when out of nowhere i heard her and 2 of her friends about to come up the stairs. i couldnt believe it, she just left and was suppose to sleepover at her friends instead they ended up coming here. so i froze and didnt want to run out cuz then theyd see me. senses finally came and i hid under her bed. i heard them come in and could see their feet. my sis is really tall like our parents at almost 14 shes already 5'10"/118lbs, when im short thanks to my aunts and grandmas at 4'8"/77lb just turned 17 (embarring) so after like 2 min out of nowhere something vibrates really loud right next to me, yep my phone. my sis and her friends heard it cuz then my sister came down to floor and couldnt believe i was under her bed. she laughed so loud and told her friends about me, they laughed to then and wanted me to come out. but i didnt want to cuz i swear i almost never wear "tightiewhities" but my sis didnt care and wanted to embarr me so bad. she pulled me by my feet so they could see my . i was so humiliated and tried running out but my sis blocked the door. she picked me up and carried me to her bed. i hate it when she sits me on her lap she's lucky she outweighs me. she asked me if i was looking for my phone then joked that i might as well wear little girl undies making her friends laugh more. i begged her to just let me go but she said since i snuck into her room, she had to punish me somehow. i told her that shes insane and again to just let me go but she wouldnt. she had her friend get one of her old pink barbie underwear and put them on over my underwear. it was so humiliating cuz they fit me and they all thought it was so cute. then she sat me on her lap again and so this time i stomped her foot which was a mistake cuz now she was mad and took it way too far. she had her friends hold me down on her lap while she ed me for like 3min really hard. then she let me go and i ran into my room. i still feel so embarred that this happened and havent even told my mom yet cuz im so hurt. How can I forget this ever happened? and should I tell on my sister?

His CT scan and MRI came back clear, however the doctor said he would still require radiation and chemotherapy. Can I stop pumping during the night?

My 4 month old baby girl sleeps wonderfully through the night. I nurse her at 8pm, put her in her crib at 830, and then she wakes up around 6am. The only problem is, I get waken up around 1am each night because my are engorged and sore so I pump. This is getting so annoying I want to stop but I really don't think I can go 10 hours without expressing milk. Someone suggested staying up until midnight and pumping then, and go to bed after. But I need more than 6 hours of sleep. I go to bed at 9:30, pump at 1:15am or so, and then go back to sleep until 6. Any suggestions to stop this? I don't want to do this until she is weaned approaching 1 year of age!

Ok, so I am working with a nutritionist, and I have lost 47 lbs in 18 wks..That threw my periods off. But now I am back on semi-schedule, albeit no where near my old schedule was. Just got my period, and I have never experienced light headedness, pain, cramping, etc this bad. Nausea too. I stayed home today because it was so bad- that has NEVER happened to me before. Any correlation to the diet and the intense reaction to my period?

What's with my little brother?

He won't sleep, if I won't! Sometimes I tend to get pissed off! Sure, it's nice that we're close, but I have my life! My mom always tells me to sleep early, so my brother can! I've been working on projects and homeworks from school, and sometimes my mom would come in, reminding me to sleep, because Theodore (that's how I call him, when I'm pissed) wouldn't sleep, if I don't! Sometimes, he'd come into my room and say, "Tommy, aren't you sleepy yet? I can't sleep too." I was like, "Ted, you're already 11, for cryin' out loud! You can manage without me!"
